Please read these Terms before placing an order. By visiting and using this site, you agree to follow the terms and conditions.

You agree not to reproduce, copy or use any information, images or descriptions on this site without my permission. 

Products and Services

Original Paintings

Refers to an original painting that I have created. This may be a canvas or a framed painting and will vary in size. The prices of my original paintings will be according to the size, the weight, the materials used to create and the time taken to complete. The main subject matter of my original paintings are animals, nature, Bible verses and landscapes. 

Giclée Fine Art Prints

Refers to prints which are reproductions of original paintings that I have created, on high quality paper. These prints are ordered online from a printing company studio in the UK called dstudio, which specialises in producing high quality reproductions of original artwork for artists worldwide. 'Giclée' is a digital printing process using an ink-jet printer on high quality paper to produce a reproduction of artwork to the highest quality standard. All my prints are printed on high quality velvet 255gsm textured paper and come wrapped with a backing material to keep the print safe. All my prints come ready to be framed. 

Greeting Cards

Varying in design and size, all my greeting cards are wrapped in a cellophane sleeve and come with a plain white envelope. They are produced in the UK by Pennybatch Gallery. These cards are prints of my original paintings and are left blank inside for your own message. 

Pet Portrait Commissions

To request a pet portrait, you can submit the form on the 'Pet Portrait Commissions' page or email me the required details as described on the page. I will get back to you to confirm whether the photo is suitable and to confirm the price. Once this has been confirmed with you, please wait up to 3/4 weeks for your pet portrait to be completed. You will get an email telling you when your portrait has been completed and your invoice will be sent to your email through PayPal. Once the payment has been completed, your order will then be dispatched to your address. 

Prices

Prices are subject to change on the site and will vary for each product. Original paintings are more expensive due to their exclusivity. You will recieve a signed certificate of authenticity with your painting to prove that you have the original.

Payment for original paintings, prints and greeting cards is required at the end of the checkout process. 

Payment for pet portraits is only due once I have completed the painting and notified you that the painting is ready. The invoice will be sent to your email through PayPal. Once the payment has been completed, your portrait will be dispatched to your address. 

Shipping and Delivery

Royal Mail 1st class for the United Kingdom and special tracked delivery for larger packages. The prices of the shipping will appear at the checkout. The prices are banded by weight, meaning that the postage prices will vary according to the weight of the product. Signed for delivery is required on products over £20. 

International shipping - I can ship to all other countries outside of the United Kingdom through standard postage. Prices are shown at the checkout. 

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive. For pet portrait commissions - please wait up to 3/4 weeks from when you make your order. There may be a delay and I will let you know through email. 

Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns are available for original paintings, giclée prints and greeting cards from my online shop. If you would like to return an item, please get in touch with me through email or leave a message on my 'contact' page. You are responsible for paying the delivery cost to return the item. Your refund should be in your account within 14 days after I recieve the item back.

Pet portraits and general commissions cannot be returned or refunded.
